Develop your leadership skills now – why wait?!

MPerf web cropped.bmp

Designed to highlight the difference between leadership and management, the MorePerformance Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) introduces delegates to the key skills they'll need to develop as they look to build a successful career in the fresh food, horticulture and agri sectors. Over the last 8 years the programme has gained an enviable track record and can now boast over 100 alumni from 46 different organisations.

Despite ringing endorsements from these organisations, and also some of their major customers, regarding the real practical benefits that they see as a result of their people completing the programme, we're always looking to improve things. So we were delighted when the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester also recognised the quality of the training delivered on the MLDP and we can now, via our partnership agreement with them, give delegates the option to complete associated assignments that can lead to the award of a Graduate Certificate in Leadership.

So that's 46 leading fresh food and horticultural businesses, the UK's largest multiple retailer and the English speaking world's oldest agricultural college all giving their seal of approval to the MLDP - so what are you waiting for?

With the first module just around the corner, don't miss out, call today and to book your place!

Our next programme runs from October 2011 to April 2012. Anyone wanting to find out more information, including details regarding content, dates and costs should contact Jan Khan at jan@moreperformance.co.uk or Peter Hunt at peter@morepeople.co.uk. Alternatively, please call us on 01780 480530.
