Our client is a very progressive and adaptive fresh produce grower and supplier based in Cornwall. They are looking for a commercial manager to help them with their continued growth plans for the years to come.
The role:-
· Managing one or more of their major retailer accounts
· Communicating effectively with the retailers to ensure promises and obligations are met
· Ensuring sales opportunities are maximised, through analysis of sales data
The candidate:-
· Will have excellent commercial acumen and communication skills
· Must be driven and eager to succeed. Self motivated
· Experience of managing retail accounts within a fresh produce arena
· Good negotiations skills are essential
