Our client requires a creative product developer to join their busy team based in the Home Counties
The role will be to project manage all NPD critical paths, run weekly NPD meetings, work on creative concept development of new products and to manage sample requests from customer

The candidate

• Ideally studied a food related science
• Development experience (chilled product would be an advantage but not essential)
• Be passionate about food
• Have good organisational and presentation skills

Based in the West Midlands, the role is to work within the group of one of the countries largest fresh produce companies. The role:- Directing a team to ensure achievement of maximum profitability, margin and growth in line with company targets, agreeing the strategy for the division with the MD, developing sales and seeking new customers to improve sales and profitabitility

The candidate:-

• Will have clear communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Will be able to analyse cost and marketing data in order to develop strategy
• A positive attitude with a proactive, flexible and resourceful approach
• Must be numerically able and computer literate

Location: Kent (South East)

Salary: £16,000 ~ £20,000

This QA role is pivotal; you will be expected to complete a full quality assurance inspection of plants and flowers from arriving on site through to leaving. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the best quality products are supplied at all times.

Ideally we are looking for previous experience with plants and flowers and experience in a Quality role.
